SOC 382 - Social Demography
Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: SOC 100, SOC 201, and SOC 202 (SOC 201 and/or SOC 202 may be taken concurrently) Description: Focuses on sociological concepts, skills, and issues in demography and population studies. Exposes students to the causes, as well as consequences, of demographic trends and processes in the United States and worldwide. Formerly SOC 440, effective Fall 2021.
