Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Description: Presents the diversity of mathematics and the spirit in which it is employed in various situations, including different problem-solving strategies, inductive-deductive reasoning, paradoxes, puzzles and mathematical modeling. The contributions of various cultures and influences of other disciplines to mathematical thinking are studied.
