Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Admission to the Master of Arts in Education, Educational Leadership Emphasis Description: Philosophical foundations and various dimensions of assessment and evaluation in higher education. Explores the multiple methods used in assessment and evaluation, distinguishes between qualitative and quantitative methodologies of inquiry, provides practical experience in designing an assessment project, data collection and analysis, reporting on assessment results and using data for program improvement.
