The Women's Recognition Awards has deep roots in our community, as we strive to acknowledge and uplift the work of women in our community. This year's keynote speaker is Dolores Huerta. Dolores  is an American labor leader and civil rights activist who, with Cesar Chavez, is a co-founder of the National Farmworkers Association, which later merged with the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee to become the United Farm Workers.

We invite CSUCI students, faculty, and staff to nominate women who have made an impact on their lives and community.
