Ventura County Public Health will be offering free COVID-19 vaccinations with both the Moderna vaccine (for ages 18+ years) and Pfizer vaccine (for ages 12+ years). Vaccinations are being offered on a walk-up basis and are not restricted to CSUCI students and staff. Please bring proof of age and previous vaccinations with you.

• Pfizer and Moderna boosters: A booster should be at least 6 months after your last dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or at least 2 months after your dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
• Pfizer second dose: The second dose should be received 21 to 42 days after your first dose.
• Moderna second dose: The second dose should be received 28 to 42 days after your first dose.

Minors 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent of guardian. Minors 16-17 need a signed consent form or have a video call consent from a parent or guardian. The consent form can be found at www.vcrecovers.org.
