Description: Focused on the intersection of human health and the environment, this course will address strategies for disease prevention and community protection through management of public resources such as water and food safety, waste disposal, prevention of disease outbreaks, etc. Program planning, evaluative techniques, personnel supervision and management, as well as regulatory context will be included.
