Description: Hours: Two hours lecture and two hours activity
Description: Examination of culturally and developmentally appropriate practices across early childhood settings. Focus on early childhood programs and models. Review of standards including the California Learning Foundations and NAEYC standards as foundations for early childhood curriculum. Requirements for the fieldwork component includes Negative TB Skin Test (less than a year old), immunization record and Live scan fingerprinting. Some sites may have additional requirements.
