Description: Primary care of patients across the lifespan who have common acute, self-limiting illness will be studied in this second sequential course. Applications of current research and theory- based interventions are analyzed. Individual, family, and health education (individual and group) for patients and families is incorporated. Emphasis is on care of the patient with acute, self-limiting illness.
