Description: Hours: Variable hours of field studies per week
Prerequisite(s): ECS 320, ECS 325, SPED 345/PSY 345 Senior standing and Program permission
Corequisite: ECS 460
Description: Observation and teaching in infant/toddler classrooms under the supervision of a mentor teacher and university student teacher supervisor. Student teaching requires 14 weeks, two full school days per week (7.5 hours each day). Fingerprint clearance is required. Students must apply for clinical student teaching by contacting the ECS Program Chair. Program permission required (consent of instructor).
