Description: Explores how law and ethics enable corporate responsibility (CSR/ESG) and stakeholder governance in strategic decision-making. Through case studies and real-world scenarios, students apply legal, ethical, and risk/compliance frameworks to choices involving governance, sustainability, data/AI ethics, employment, contracts, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, developing the capacity to align profitability with societal impact.
