Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: ECON 110, ECON 111 and MATH 140 or MATH 150 Description: Nature and functions of money and its relation to prices; the monetary system of the United States; the functions of banks, bank credit, foreign exchange and monetary control. The impact of monetary policy on economic activity.
