Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: ECON 110, ECON 111, MATH 201, and MATH 140 or MATH 150; all prerequisites must be completed with grades of C- or better Corequisite: ECON 312 Description: Application of economists¿ empirical methods to instructor- and student-generated research questions. Emphasizes the collection and manipulation of economic data, applications of estimation techniques, and interpretation of regression results using statistical software.
