Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: PHYS 400, PHYS 351 and MATH 350 Description: A second course in quantum theory, including the theory of angular momentum, spins, the hydrogen atom, time-independent perturbation theory, and spin. Highly recommended for students wishing to continue advanced degrees in physics or related fields.
