Description
Hours: Two and one half hours lecture and one and one half hours laboratory per week Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Master's or Post-Master's Certificate Nursing Program Description: Provides a comprehensive overview of primary care health analysis, including the role of risk factors and health promotion strategies in adults and children across the lifespan with a focus on vulnerable, culturally diverse populations. Emphasis is placed on functional implications. Interpretation of data for the purpose of differentiating typical from atypical presentation, and recognizing actual and potential health problems. The problem-oriented system of organizing and recording data is utilized.
