Hours: Three hours seminar per week Description: Theories and concepts of organizational behavior and public management from an interdisciplinary perspective (including economics, psychology, sociology and political science). Organizational decision making, bureaucracy, organizational change and learning, public versus private organizations, leadership, and organizational culture.
