Description
Hours: Eight hours field of study per week. Equivalent to eight weeks of full-time student teaching Prerequisite: Admission to the Education Specialist Teaching Credential program Description: The first of a two part field experience course that provides students with the opportunity to gradually assume the responsibilities of a special education teacher in a public school including teaching, assessing students, IEP development, collaborating with parents, teachers and special services personnel.
