Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Junior Standing and successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (A1, A2, A3, B4) Description: Students will read plays and performance texts written by modern American authors from the beginning of the 20th century until today. A study of the range of American dramatic literature in the context of the development of American theatrical performance. Thematically examines avant-garde and alternative forms as well as commercial and mainstream theatre.
