Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: SPAN 201 and SPAN 202; or SPAN 211 and SPAN 212; or Consent of Instructor Description: Can be taken before or after SPAN 315. This course explores the semantics and pragmatics of the Spanish language, the historical development of Spanish, dialectal variation in the Spanish-speaking world, and the acquisition and teaching of Spanish as a second language.
