Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Junior Standing and successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (A1, A2, A3, B4) or Consent of Instructor Description: Explores physical, cultural and psychosocial factors influencing health issues during the elderly years of life. Topics include aging stereotypes, cultural and family influences on the elderly, physiology of aging, lifestyles choices associated with healthy aging, and end of life care.
