Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite:Any upper-division CHS course or Junior Standing or Consent of Instructor Description: Introduces students to theoretical concepts that have shaped Chicana/o Studies. Includes a critical examination of classic and emerging Chicana/o Studies theoretical perspectives and the development of Chicana/o intellectual traditions borne of Chicana/o knowledge and scholarly inquiry.
