Hours: Three hours lecture/discussion per week Prerequisite: Admission to a Master's Program and/or Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program Description: Examines organizational theory and leadership skills required to understand and implement change. Topics include organizational structures, the cultural context of education and ethical leadership.
