Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: SOC 100, SOC 201, and SOC 202 (SOC 201 and/or 202 may be taken concurrently) Description: Examines the causes, types, and extent of crime in the United States. Focuses on explanations of criminal behavior, reactions to law violations, attempts to control crime, and consequences of crime control.
