Description

Hours: Three hours lecture and three hours lab per week Prerequisite: PHYS 202 Description: A comprehensive overview of geometrical and wave optics, including an introduction to matrix optics, Fourier optics, and selected topics in modern optics. Laboratory stresses the use of instruments and measurement techniques used to characterize optical components and systems.
