HIST 322 - Modern Russia: 1855-Present

Description

Hours: Three hours lecture per week Explores Russia and the USSR from 1855 to the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of post-Soviet Russia. Special attention will be given to how Russia and the Soviet Union were both part of and were at times distinct from the fabric of European political, economic, social and cultural histories.
