Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: BIOL 300 and BIOL 302 with grades of C- Description: Basic principles of human inheritance, including the transmission of genetic traits, chromosomal abnormalities and their effects, gene structure and function, pedigree analysis, gene mapping, cytogenetics, mutations and mutagenic agents, cancer genetics, molecular analysis of inherited diseases and genetically controlled phenomena in humans.
