Description
Hours: Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week Prerequisite: PHYS 202 or Consent of Instructor Description: Introduction to the theory, operation, and applications of lasers and associated optical and electro-optical devices. Laboratory stresses safety procedures, use of instrumentation, assembly of components, and measuring techniques suitable for a typical research environment.
