Hours: Three hours lecture per week Description: Introduction to the laws and regulations that apply to the U.S. health care system with a focus on recent changes. Topics include laws and regulations pertaining to individuals and institutions, constitutional protections, cost and access, public programs, and issues of fraud and abuse.
