ENGL 107 - Advanced Composition/Rhetoric

Description

Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in ENGL 105 or ENGL 206 or equivalent Description: An intensive, one-semester writing course that emphasizes research as a heuristic for learning, writing as an intellectual dialogue with the authorities represented in the evidence found, and which engages students in judging the merit and appropriateness of discovered evidence. A substantial amount of writing is required.
