Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Junior Standing and successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (A1, A2, A3, B4) Description: Exploration into aspects of the business side of the art world, including the financial activities of art consultants, private dealers, commercial galleries, corporate art collections, public museums, and international auction houses. Case studies in art marketing, gallery and museum management, contracts and commissions, as well as public image and career development will be investigated.
