Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Admission to the Education Specialist Teaching Credential program Description: Identify specific characteristics and needs, including service delivery models, for students with diverse learning needs. Develop unit and lesson plans for English/Language Arts considering evidenced-based practices that adapt core curriculum used in general education, including informal assessments. Students will develop and implement a literacy focused intervention based on data collected.
