Hours: Four hours lecture in the lab per week Prerequisites: BIOL 302 with a grade of C or better and Junior Standing and successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (A1, A2, A3, B4) Description: Navigation and manipulation of biological databases. Topics include: multiple sequence alignment, phylogeny estimation, gene expression profiling, protein structure prediction, and functional genomics.
