MATH 137 - Introduction to Game Design

Description

Hours: Three hours lecture per week Description: This course will introduce students to the foundational concepts of game design including game mechanics, system design, probability, statistics, and player experience design. Students will complete numerous physical and digital game prototypes as well as study current trends in professional and independent game design. It will also cover topics related to graph theory, game theory, and other mathematical models used in game design.
