Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: MUS 162 and MUS 163, both with grade of C- or better Recommended: MUS 162 and MUS 163, both with grade of B or better within the past 2 semesters Corequisite: MUS 264 Description: Expands upon the contrapuntal voice leading and harmonization techniques from the prerequisite courses. Topics include voice leading, diatonic harmony, introduction to chromatic harmony, intermediate music analysis, and composition. Effective fall 2022, changed from PAMU 361.
