Description

Hours: Three hours lecture per week Examines the major concepts of public budgeting and finance in the United States. Key topics of study include: expenditure estimation, revenue forecasting, capital budgeting, budget reform and financial management. The politics that characterizes the budgetary process will be emphasized throughout.
