Description
Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: ECON 110 and ECON 111 Description: Economic analysis of environmental problems and policy. Market failures due to externalities, public goods, and common property resources are examined. Private (market) and public (government) solutions to environmental problems are examined.
