Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Admission to the Master of Arts in Education, Educational Leadership Emphasis Description: Examines the organization and administration of student affairs in higher education from historical, philosophical and ethical perspectives. Topics include the function of student affairs, essential competencies of a student affairs leaders and future issues impacting student affairs leaders.
