Description

Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: PAMU 261 and PAMU 262 Description: Provides the development of analytical skills necessary for the comprehension, critical assessment, and intelligent discussion of music. Emphasis on musical elements such as diatonic chord relationships, tonal function, Roman-numeral analysis, and part-writing in four voices.
