Hours: Three hours seminar per week Description: Examines theories, policies, and practices of financial decision making. Focuses on financial principles and financial strategies as they relate to the areas of valuation, capital budgeting, risk management, capital structuring and restructuring, dividend policy, international finance, mergers and acquisitions, and interactions between financial markets and corporations.
