Prerequisite: Junior standing and Successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (1A, 1B, 1C, 2)
Description: Discussion of major ethical issues confronting the practice of medicine and biomedical science. Examines the sources, fundamental principles, and the application of ethical frameworks that help to analyze contemporary questions in bioethics. This is a writing intensive class. Students must earn a C- or better to fulfill the Graduate Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR).
