Description: Covers molecular, cellular, tissue and organ engineering, and societal and ethical issues in regenerative medicine. Also considers major types of biomaterials (e.g. metallic, ceramic, polymeric, biodegradable, composite, nano), and other replacement materials, techniques, and procedures used in biomedical engineering.
