Description: Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: ECS 101, ECS 150 Recommended: ECS 330 and ECS 335 Description: This course will focus on how young children grow and develop through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM). Students will discover ways early childhood educators facilitate equitable and inclusive STEAM learning opportunities in diverse classrooms, homes, and community settings. Students will demonstrate knowledge of STEAM learning experiences through the Project Approach. This course has a service-learning designation.
