The course responds to a growing need for teachers and early learning professionals to develop skills and knowledge to implement developmentally, culturally, and linguistically responsive practices. The focus is on current applied research that illuminates powerful practices to support early learning and development for young dual language learners including children with special rights. Examination of programs, approaches, and classroom environments for young dual language learners.
