Emphasis is placed on normal growth and development, normal and high-risk pregnancies, family dynamics, and the promotion of healthy behaviors. Focus is on the care of families during childbearing years. Emphasis is on health promotion and growth and development, using the nursing process while applying Neuman's Model.
