Description: Hours: Four hours activity per week Description: Focuses on mind-body awareness, kinesthetic intelligence, and psychophysical understanding and functioning through movement learning. The movement practices explored are from the field of dance and Asian Somatic Practices such as yoga and eastern martial arts.
