Description: Utilizes techniques (stretching, yoga, Pilates) and principles of conditioning (strength, flexibility, and endurance) to prevent injuries stemming from muscular imbalances, structural problems, postural deviations, improper mechanics or movements. Students will develop individualized conditioning programs to prevent injuries.

Class meets real time the first 2 weeks, then moves to a blended schedule where coursework will be posted early in the week to be completed asynchronously and class meets only on Wednesdays.
