Description: Introduction to modern/contemporary dance practices. Activities will focus on the embodied knowledge and beginnings of modern dance from the late 19th century to the mid 20th century. - Into to Modern Dance is 2 units dance activity and 1 unit of history/foundation. The class meets T/TH from 6-7:50 to dance. The lecture portion is on Tuesdays only from 8-8:50PM.
