Description: Hours: Three hours lecture/discussion per week Prerequisite: Successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (1A, 1B, 1C, 2) Description: Engages students in many forms of dialogue about humanity¿s relationship with the natural world. Through reading and responding to works by writers from diverse cultural and disciplinary perspectives, students will explore how language, story, and imagination shape our understanding of place and environment. Emphasis will be placed on critical, reflective, and creative writing in modes grounded in the humanities and informed by interdisciplinary study.
