Description: Hours: Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: COMM 205 Description: Building on research and writing skills learned in COMM 205, develops knowledge of quantitative methods in field of Communication. Uses approaches such as surveys, content analysis, and experiments to explain communication-related processes. Over course of semester, students will learn to write effectively in field of Communication by exploring study design, data collection, and data analysis using introductory statistical procedures. Students must earn a C- or better to fulfill the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR).
