Description: One hour lecture per week Regional trainings hosted by the Child Development Division (CDD), California Department of Education and the Center for Child and Family Studies at WestEd. This course is a comprehensive overview of the Desired Results System and each of the components of the system. It will address: agency compliance, responsibilities, environmental rating scales, the Desired Results Developmental Profile -Revised, the DR ACCESS for children with disabilities, data analysis procedures, and the process for developing a plan to address needs revealed through the assessment process. Participants will develop a plan to implement the DR system at their agencies. An assignment and attendance to all three days are required to receive course credit.
