Biography
Rachael Jordan is a graduate of CSUCI and has been teaching in the English Program at CSUCI since Fall 2012. She holds a Ph.D. in Technical Communication & Rhetoric from Texas Tech University. Her reserach interests are in queer rhetorics’ application to technical communication, specifically in regards to sexual literac(ies) and usability. She's interested in problems of how the documents, texts, and technologies we create can enact oppression, such as reinscribing heteronormativity, and how we can use ethics to discuss social justice.
